Posted 2h ago

About the role

If you love solving coding puzzles and algorithm problems, you can help test and train advanced AI models. It's about 15 hours a week, open globally and fully remote, with flexible hours. Pay is per approved task. AI Alerts may earn a referral fee if you're hired through this link. It costs you nothing and doesn't change how we pick or rank jobs.

What you'll do

  • Turn unclear problems into solutions you can actually build
  • Pick the right algorithms and data structures for each problem
  • Work in terminal based environments and existing codebases
  • Spot edge cases, hidden assumptions and failure conditions
  • Write tests that separate truly correct solutions from ones that only look right
  • Review AI written solutions for logic errors and broken constraints
  • Explain your reasoning and choices clearly

Requirements

  • Strong algorithmic problem solving
  • Good with at least one language such as C++, Python, Java, Rust, Go, C#, JavaScript or TypeScript
  • Solid grasp of common data structures and algorithms
  • Careful thinking about constraints, complexity, edge cases and correctness
  • Able to work on your own in terminal based environments
  • Clear written and spoken technical communication
  • Nice to have: a public Codeforces profile with real competitive programming experience
