About the role
Join a growing company as a GoHighLevel CRM & Paid Media Specialist. In this remote role, our client is seeking an individual to manage GoHighLevel across multiple businesses while overseeing Meta advertising campaigns and marketing analytics. You will optimize CRM workflows, automate processes, manage paid advertising performance, and ensure accurate conversion tracking to support business growth. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in both CRM management and paid digital advertising.
What you'll do
- Manage GoHighLevel CRM across multiple companies.
- Build and maintain pipelines, workflows, automations, calendars, snapshots, and tagging systems.
- Monitor CRM data quality and ensure consistent record management.
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.
- Perform audience research, creative testing, and budget optimization.
- Implement and maintain tracking using Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and UTM parameters.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
- Analyze campaign data and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of CRM automation and workflow development.
- Experience implementing Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and UTM tracking.
- Experience creating marketing reports using Looker Studio, GA4, or similar reporting platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
