AI Engineer – Legal Workflow Automation
About the role
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer for Legal Workflow Automation to design, build, and optimize specialized AI agents and natural language processing solutions that automate and enhance legal workflows. In this role, you will leverage frameworks like Python, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Pattern Builder MAX to integrate enterprise AI systems with internal platforms and external APIs. Collaborating closely with legal stakeholders, you will maintain production models, drive technical innovation, and support the internal adoption of emerging artificial intelligence technologies.
What you'll do

In this role, you will leverage frameworks like Python, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Pattern Builder MAX to integrate enterprise AI systems with internal platforms and external APIs. Collaborating closely with legal stakeholders, you will maintain production models, drive technical innovation, and support the internal adoption of emerging artificial intelligence technologies.
Requirements
- Approximately 3–8 years’ experience in AI, machine learning, or software development roles (we will consider strong candidates outside this range).
- Strong programming skills, particularly in Python (and ideally another language such as Java or C#).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with AI/LLM frameworks.
- Experience building or working with AI agents, ideally using Microsoft Copilot Studio or comparable platforms.
- Experience integrating AI systems into enterprise environments using APIs and automation tools.
- Strong data handling and preprocessing skills for machine learning applications.
- Experience monitoring and maintaining AI systems in production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; innovative and proactive, with a strong interest in emerging AI technologies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
