About the role

Join our US client as a Digital Marketing & Content Manager and take ownership of digital marketing and content strategy across a diverse portfolio of client accounts. You’ll work closely with the Marketing & Communications Director, account leads, project managers, creative teams, PR consultants, and external partners to develop and execute integrated digital campaigns. This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role for someone who can combine strategy with execution. You’ll manage approximately 5–7 active client accounts, translating client objectives into digital strategies, leading execution across multiple channels, analyzing performance, and presenting actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, client-facing, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced agency environment.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing and content strategies aligned with client business and communications objectives.
  • Manage digital strategy and execution across approximately 5–7 client accounts, balancing multiple priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Lead social media strategy, including platform planning, content calendars, campaigns, community growth, and audience engagement.
  • Develop and oversee content across social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, thought leadership, landing pages, and digital advertising.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with account managers, designers, PR consultants, copywriters, and other creative partners to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign, social, website, and email performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare and present client-facing reports, strategies, and recommendations.
  • Identify new digital opportunities, emerging trends, and AI-powered tools that can improve campaign performance and internal workflows.
  • Support new business proposals and contribute digital marketing expertise to strengthen client relationships and retention.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in a marketing, communications, PR, digital, or integrated agency environment.
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong experience developing and executing digital and content strategies, with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Strong social media strategy experience across major platforms.
  • Experience with email marketing, segmentation, automation, and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, and content development skills.
  • Experience analyzing marketing performance and turning data into strategic recommendations.
  • Client-facing experience, with the ability to confidently present strategies, insights, and recommendations.
  • Familiarity with paid social, SEO, websites, and broader digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, or similar.
  • Highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership across multiple projects.
  • Proficient English level.
