We are currently on the lookout for a new Salesforce AI & Automation Specialist (Agentforce / Einstein AI) to join our team at Cloudstaff, the #1 Workplace Everywhere! Design AI-powered Salesforce solutions using Agentforce and Einstein AI Build intelligent agents supporting sales and customer engagement workflows Drive lead scoring, forecasting, and next-best-action automation initiatives Develop scalable workflows using Salesforce Flow and automation tools Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders Integrate AI capabilities into existing Salesforce systems and processes Monitor workflow performance and optimize AI-driven business automation Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance across CRM environments
What you'll do
Requirements
- 3–7 years’ Salesforce CRM experience across Admin, Consultant, or Developer roles
- Strong Salesforce Flow and process automation experience required
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein AI or Agentforce capabilities
- Proven CRM workflow design and business process improvement expertise
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking abilities
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and operations teams
- Salesforce certifications highly regarded, including Admin or Platform App Builder
