Solutions Architect - AI-Enabled Platforms
About the role
The Solution Architect is a leader who provides technical direction across multiple product and engineering teams. This role partners closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to design, govern, and evolve scalable, secure, and future‑ready solutions while playing a key role in Cloudstaff’s AI engineering transformation. The Solution Architect ensures solutions are fit for purpose, aligned with enterprise standards, and optimized for maintainability, performance, and total cost of ownership. This role also contributes to the design and adoption of AI‑enabled architectures, including AI agents and intelligent systems.
What you'll do
- Architecture & Solution Design
- Lead solution ideation, architecture, and implementation across systems and platforms
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures aligned with enterprise standards and business outcomes.
- Assess current architectures and recommend modernization, optimization, or decommissioning strategies.
- AI & Intelligent Systems
- Design and enable AI‑powered solutions, including AI agents and intelligent automation.
- Guide the integration of AI capabilities into platforms and workflows in a secure, scalable, and governed manner.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and tools to support productivity, decision‑making, and innovation.
- Engineering Enablement & Delivery
- Provide technical direction, mentoring, and architectural guidance to development teams.
- Support teams in resolving complex technical challenges and architectural risks.
- Define and maintain architecture standards, patterns, documentation, and best practices.
