As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the first impression—engaging leads, sparking interest, and setting the stage for successful client relationships. With strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset, you turn conversations into opportunities. An Appointment Setter is energized by a dialed-in daily rhythm, competition against their set goals, and a calendar full of qualified, set appointments. Our most successful Appointment Setters are highly conversational and quick on their feet – they know when to follow a dialogue and when to engage, human-to-human, to truly move a conversation and opportunity forward.
What you'll do
- Call the maximum number of leads/prospects to schedule appointments with clients.
- Speed to the lead – ensuring all leads are called immediately during set hours.
- Qualify appointments based on set criteria to determine readiness, motivation, financing and fit.
- Conduct lead follow-ups and nurtures until appointments are set, following database rhythms of various cadences.
- Respond to inbound calls, text messages, and emails from prospects.
- Follow scripts and sales skills to deliver value propositions and handle objections.
- Ongoing sales skill development.
- Update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with relevant information after each interaction.
- Coordinate and manage the calendar of appointments.
- Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.
Requirements
- Previous appointment-setting experience is required.
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Comfortable making phone calls, memorizing, and delivering call scripts.
- Strong customer service orientation and listening abilities.
