About the role
Deloitte Consulting Philippines Delivery Center is hiring a GenAI Engineer for Marketing, Commerce & Product in Taguig. The work covers retrieval, grounding, and reusable GenAI components.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with cross-functional Deloitte teams to identify technical requirements for GenAI work
- Implement retrieval strategies, grounding, and feedback loops to improve reliability and factuality
- Partner with engagement leads to scope, estimate, and deliver work packages
- Contribute to accelerators, reference architectures, and reusable components
Requirements
- Experience building generative AI or retrieval-augmented applications
- Able to work from Deloitte Consulting Philippines Delivery Center in Taguig
- Comfort collaborating with engagement leads and cross-functional teams
