About the role

Emerson is hiring a Senior AI Developer for business process automation in Mandaluyong. The role builds AI agents, chatbots, and enterprise integrations on Microsoft's AI ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify where AI can improve processes and outcomes
• Develop AI agents, chatbots, intelligent automation solutions, and enterprise integrations
• Integrate LLMs, APIs, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and Claude AI into dashboards and workflows
• Define solution approaches, integration requirements, and implementation recommendations

Requirements

• Senior-level experience as an AI developer working with business stakeholders
• Experience building AI-powered applications such as chatbots, copilots, or automation tools
• Familiarity with Microsoft AI ecosystem (Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio) or similar LLM APIs
