About the role
Full-stack AI software engineer (posted as AI Builder) for Encora's BGC hybrid team. Operationalize ML models into production systems and integrate AI into enterprise stacks.
What you'll do
- Architect scalable, secure enterprise AI solutions using AI-assisted architecture patterns.
- Lead solution development with AI-powered IDEs and code-generation tools without dropping quality.
- Integrate AI models into existing systems (core wallet, CRM, SAP) via APIs and middleware.
- Operationalize AI models into production with data science and ML partners, including tuning and validation.
- Secure the AI lifecycle against prompt injection, data poisoning, and related threats.
Requirements
- 6+ years in software development and solution architecture, with at least 3 years building ML models.
- 1+ years hands-on with AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, or CodeWhisperer.
- Deep proficiency in Python, Java, TypeScript, or Go and a major cloud platform.
- Strong knowledge of microservices, APIs, containers, and event-driven systems.
- Advanced understanding of LLM integration, prompt engineering, and automated validation.
