About the role
Machine learning specialist role in Encora's Makati/BGC delivery center. Build and operationalize ML models as the core of the job.
What you'll do
- Design, train, and operationalize machine learning models for production systems.
- Work with data science and engineering partners on model integration and monitoring.
- Apply ML methods to customer and internal use cases in Encora's delivery practice.
- Document model behavior, evaluation results, and deployment constraints.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models.
- Proficiency in Python and common ML libraries.
- Ability to work in a hybrid Makati/BGC delivery team.
- Communication skills to explain model results to technical and business partners.
