AI Scrum Master

About the role

Encora is hiring an AI Scrum Master to run agile delivery for AI/ML product teams. The role is centered on AI product delivery, not generic project coordination.

What you'll do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for AI/ML engineering teams.
• Remove blockers so AI product work can ship.
• Coach teams on agile practices in an AI product context.
• Track delivery of AI features and communicate status to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML product delivery.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Ability to work with distributed engineering teams.
