AI Engineer (Agency Operations)
About the role
Foundry for Good Philippines AI Engineer partnering with non-technical agency teams to design, deploy, and scale AI solutions and agents using Claude, Codex, Gemini, and modern AI tooling.
What you'll do
- Serve as the engineering partner to non-technical agency teams deploying AI solutions
- Design and deploy agents or automated workflows that scale across multiple users
- Use Claude, Codex, Gemini, and other modern AI development tools
- Account for security, scalability, cost, and reliability trade-offs in AI deployment
- Drive adoption of AI tooling across non-technical teams
Requirements
- Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role
- At least 3 years of relevant engineering experience
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field
- Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Claude, Codex, and Gemini
- Experience designing and deploying agents or automated workflows that scale across multiple users
