About the role
Welo Data is seeking Italian-fluent Search & Data Labeling Raters in the Philippines for a 4-week remote AI annotation project paying $8.80/hour. You will evaluate the relevance of e-commerce search results by analyzing customer queries and rating product matches using the ESCI framework, helping improve AI-powered search quality. Italian language fluency is required.
What you'll do
- Analyze customer search queries to understand intent and identify product types and attributes
- Evaluate the relevance between search queries and product listings using the ESCI framework
- Determine product availability and validate product links
- Provide accurate, consistent, and high-quality annotations following project guidelines
- Meet productivity and quality benchmarks across a 4-week project term
Requirements
- Italian language fluency (required — this is an Italian-language annotation role)
- Strong analytical and comprehension skills with high attention to detail
- Basic understanding of online shopping platforms and e-commerce search behavior
- Ability to follow detailed annotation guidelines and work independently
- Proficiency meeting productivity and accuracy benchmarks
