Intelligence Analyst

About the role

Remote contract for an intelligence analyst to write and grade cases that train an AI system. No prior AI experience is required. Domain expertise is the point.

What you'll do

• Develop and map analytic cases to defined taxonomies across evaluation areas.
• Author test cases that check source handling, analytic rigor, and uncertainty.
• Assess and grade AI-generated responses for reasoning, source use, and limitations.

Requirements

• Analytic experience or deep expertise in a specific analytic discipline. A civilian intelligence-community background is described as ideal.
• Strong proficiency in source evaluation, confidence-level assessment, and analytic standards.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication. No prior AI experience is required.
