AI IAM Governance Lead
About the role
GCash/Mynt role that designs and operationalizes AI-enabled identity-governance workflows, including access-request triage, certification support, and control monitoring, with human review points.
What you'll do
- Identify Identity Governance activities that can be improved through AI, workflow automation, scripting, or analytics
- Design, prototype, test, and operationalize AI-enabled solutions for access request triage, entitlement analysis, certification support, policy interpretation, control monitoring, issue classification, and evidence preparation
- Develop reusable patterns, prompt templates, automation components, and operating procedures for the IAM team
- Integrate AI and automation with identity governance platforms, access management systems, ticketing tools, and approved data sources
- Establish human review points, escalation paths, and fallback procedures for AI-assisted IAM activities
- Build dashboards and reports for access risk, certification progress, control performance, and orphaned accounts
Requirements
- Ensure AI-enabled and automated processes align with security policies, privacy requirements, audit expectations, segregation-of-duties, and least privilege
- Partner with IAM engineers, application teams, security, risk, and compliance
- Document process designs, data flows, and control points
