Lead Intake Agent
About the role
We are looking for a Lead Intake & CRM Coordinator to be the first dedicated salesperson on this team. This person will own the front end of the pipeline: answering and qualifying inbound leads, getting them booked on calls as fast as possible, and keeping the CRM clean and up to date. This is a high-ownership role — the person will work closely with the founders but will manage their own day-to-day without close oversight, so independence and initiative matter as much as sales skill.
What you'll do
- Answer and qualify inbound leads via call, text, and email, prioritizing speed to lead — calling immediately when a phone number is available.
- Follow up on incomplete form submissions and email inquiries to re-engage leads and gather missing information.
- Schedule appointments, send confirmations and reminders, and follow up on no-shows.
- Maintain CRM hygiene in GoHighLevel: cleaning up tags and categories, deduplicating records, and keeping pipeline data accurate.
- Cross-check the agent-referral follow-up process (once automation is in place) to catch anything the automation misses.
- Keep CRM documentation current so records stay consistent for the team.
- Work independently day to day, flagging issues or gaps in the process proactively.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in cold calling, lead intake, or a similar front-line sales role.
- Excellent, near-native English, able to build real rapport with US clients on live calls.
- Hands-on CRM experience (GoHighLevel a plus, not required — experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM is welcome).
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with data hygiene and documentation.
- Strong ownership mentality, comfortable managing your own workload with minimal supervision.
