About the role
The Junior Account Operations Coordinator will support senior account managers in managing client relationships and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is a new role designed to streamline workflows and assist in client request management, primarily focusing on task coordination and quality assurance. While the role does not involve direct client interaction initially, there is potential for growth into a more client-facing position in the future.
What you'll do
- Support senior Account Managers with the coordination of day-to-day client account activities.
- Track recurring deliverables, client requests, deadlines, and project statuses.
- Assign and monitor tasks through internal project management or ticketing systems such as JIRA.
- Follow up with internal team members to ensure assigned work is completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate operational activities related to social media posting, boosted content, local SEO, Local Services Ads, and AI search programs.
- Confirm that digital marketing activities have been completed according to the established process.
- Perform quality assurance checks on deliverables before they are shared with senior Account Managers or clients.
- Identify missing information, incomplete tasks, or potential delays and escalate them proactively.
- Prepare internal reports, client updates, presentations, and status summaries.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of client requests, task ownership, deadlines, and completed work.
- Help improve internal workflows, checklists, and account management processes.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the Account Management team as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in operations, project coordination, account support, administrative support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up skills and the confidence to hold team members accountable for assigned tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to identify errors, missing information, and incomplete deliverables.
- Experience using project management, CRM, or ticketing systems.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to work.
