AI Integrations & CRM Specialist

About the role

Remote full-time specialist who builds AI workflows and connects them to CRMs such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Salesforce.

What you'll do

• Build and manage AI integrations using ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Make, and similar tools
• Create AI-powered workflows, assistants, and automations
• Connect AI systems with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
• Develop automations for lead generation, follow-ups, customer support, and internal workflows
• Optimize CRM pipelines, automations, and reporting
• Work with APIs, websites, forms, funnels, and chatbot integrations
• Troubleshoot and improve existing automations and systems

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience working with AI tools, CRM systems, and automations
• Strong experience with ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI platforms
• Knowledge of CRM systems like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Salesforce
• Skilled in Zapier, Make, API integrations, and workflow automation
• Familiar with WordPress, websites, and funnels
• Able to work independently and deliver results quickly
