AI Systems & Automation Specialist

About the role

The role is to build an internal AI workforce: agents, API automations, and a knowledge assistant, not a general virtual-assistant seat.

What you'll do

• Build AI agents capable of performing specific business functions
• Connect applications so information flows through the organization
• Build automations using n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, and webhooks
• Integrate OpenAI and Claude into business workflows
• Build systems that analyze information, take approved actions, and escalate to humans
• Integrate AI and automation with the CRM, especially GoHighLevel
• Build internal AI assistants that answer from SOPs, training, and company knowledge

Requirements

• Strong experience with n8n (highly preferred), GoHighLevel, OpenAI API, and Claude
• REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and OAuth / API authentication
• Python and/or JavaScript
• Databases and data management
• Error handling, monitoring, and troubleshooting
