AI Automation Specialist

About the role

Contract to design a secure AI chief-of-staff system for several businesses in hospitality, events, music, wine, and consulting, then teach the owner how to run it.

What you'll do

• Set up AI agents with cloud-based models and scheduled workflows
• Build daily executive briefings and centralized task management
• Handle CRM migration, contact management, and automated relationship follow-ups
• Create AI-assisted presentations and proposals
• Integrate Google Calendar, Gmail, Granola, and the project database
• Set up automated event planning templates, deadlines, and work-back schedules

Requirements

• Proven experience building reliable AI agent systems, API integrations, OAuth, automation tools, and secure data workflows
• Experience with OpenClaw, n8n, Make, or similar platforms is valuable
• Share examples of systems actually built, a proposed architecture, timeline, and a fixed-price quote for the initial phase
