Long-Form YouTube Video Editor

About the role

Long-form editor for a new cooking YouTube channel hosted by an AI avatar. The work is turning scripts and HeyGen avatar clips into about 15-minute videos, 20–30 a month.

What you'll do

• Edit long-form YouTube videos around 15 minutes each
• Follow the script and editor notes provided for each line
• Generate AI avatar clips in HeyGen and combine them with B-roll
• Create custom visuals with AI generation tools when stock footage does not fit
• Source and edit B-roll, sync voiceover, and add captions and text overlays
• Deliver 20-30 videos per month

Requirements

• Proven experience editing long-form YouTube videos (faceless or documentary-style is a plus)
• Must know how to use HeyGen (creating and exporting AI avatar videos)
• Hands-on experience with AI image and video tools such as Midjourney, Leonardo, Runway, Kling, or similar
• Skilled in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro
• Strong eye for B-roll and storytelling
• Understands YouTube retention (hooks, pacing, pattern interrupts)
• Good English comprehension
