Operations Manager / Integrator GHL, AI & Systems
About the role
I’m a U.S.-based entrepreneur managing growing businesses in tax/financial services and real estate. I need an experienced Operations Manager / Integrator who can take ideas, projects, voice notes and unfinished tasks and turn them into organized execution. You must be able to think independently, troubleshoot, manage priorities and keep projects moving without constant instructions.
What you'll do
- Manage projects, deadlines and follow-up; build and maintain SOPs
- Organize workflows and dashboards; audit tasks for actual completion
- Test forms, links, funnels and automations
- Coordinate team and contractor tasks; support tax-season and real-estate operations
- Identify bottlenecks before they become problems
Requirements
- Experienced Operations Manager / Integrator, not a basic VA
- Preferred tools: GoHighLevel, Google Workspace, ChatGPT/AI tools, Base44, Canva, Skool, Cognito Forms, Loom and CRM
- Organized, proactive, tech-confident, strong written English, overlap with U.S. Central Time
