Business Document AI Evaluation Expert
About the role
OpenTrain AI is recruiting a Business Document AI Evaluation Expert to help train AI systems on realistic professional-documentation workflows. Contributors use advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word expertise to design business scenarios, evaluate AI-generated work, and provide written feedback on quality and accuracy. This is a remote, part-time contractor engagement open worldwide with asynchronous collaboration.
What you'll do
- Design realistic tasks involving complex spreadsheets, executive presentations, written reports, strategic proposals, and financial models
- Conduct prompt-driven interactions with language models using work representative of Fortune 500 business environments
- Compare multiple AI-generated responses for quality, accuracy, usefulness, and alignment with practical business needs
- Write detailed assessments covering strengths, weaknesses, rationale, and opportunities for model improvement
- Contribute cross-functional examples involving strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance, HR, or data-driven reporting
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- At least three years of hands-on experience in a business setting
- Experience supporting or leading work in strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance, or HR
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback with well-supported rationale
