About the role

Cased is hiring an AI Video Ad Creator through Paired to produce AI-generated video advertisements for paid distribution on U.S. Meta platforms. The work is conversion-focused: turn provided scripts into finished, high-converting AI video ads.

What you'll do

• Turn provided scripts and concepts into finished, test-ready AI video ads optimized for Meta.
• Create AI UGC-style ads, VSL-style ads, and AI b-roll using modern AI video generation tools.
• Apply direct-response techniques such as strong hooks, pattern interrupts, captions, and clear CTAs.
• Produce a high volume of ad variations from each script or concept.
• Iterate on creative based on performance data and feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating AI-generated video ads used as paid ads on U.S. Meta platforms for ecommerce brands.
• A portfolio or reel demonstrating relevant AI video advertising experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of modern AI video generation tools.
• Strong understanding of direct-response creative and conversion-focused advertising.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
