Remote Senior Video Editor for Media Production Company
About the role
Day-to-day, the Video Editor edits content for social and digital campaigns, shapes narrative structure and pacing, and handles color correction, audio cleanup, and sound design integration. The role also covers 2D motion graphics, animated titles, and branded visual systems supporting explainer videos, promos, and social assets. Success means managing multiple concurrent projects with consistent quality and turnaround, keeping output visually on-brand, and delivering polished, platform-optimized video from concept through final cut.
What you'll do
- Video Production & Editing:
- Edit video content for social media, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling initiatives, with strong attention to narrative structure, pacing, and emotional impact.
- Perform professional color correction and grading, audio cleanup, mixing, and sound design integration.
- Deliver polished, high-quality final outputs optimized for multiple platforms.
- Motion Graphics & Visual Effects:
- Create 2D motion graphics, titles, animated elements, visual overlays, transitions, and branded motion systems.
- Develop visual content for explainer videos, promotional campaigns, and social media assets.
- Multimedia & Creative Support:
- Create graphic design assets to support video, digital, and branding requirements.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and clients on creative direction and execution.
- Maintain visual consistency across projects in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Project Ownership:
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality, attention to detail, and deadlines.
- Participate in creative discussions, reviews, and client feedback cycles.
- Adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-moving production environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience in an agency, studio, or multi-brand environment
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Portfolio demonstrating video storytelling, 2D motion graphics/titles, color grading, and audio post-production
- Working proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite
- Hands-on experience with professional color correction/grading and audio mixing/sound design
- Track record managing multiple concurrent video projects to deadline
- C1+ English (CEFR) for direct client and cross-team collaboration
