Senior Software Engineer – Agentic AI
About the role
airSlate's SignNow team is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to build AI capabilities from the ground up in a greenfield environment. You'll architect production-grade agentic workflows using LangGraph, RAG with pgvector, LLM observability via Langfuse, and agent eval frameworks. This is a technical leadership role: you'll own AI architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and define AI engineering standards for a product used by 28M+ people. Listed as Wroclaw remote; airSlate operates hubs in 20+ countries including the Philippines — verify PH eligibility before applying.
What you'll do
- Design and ship production AI features end-to-end — RAG, agents, document understanding, conversational interfaces — across LangGraph, LiteLLM, pgvector, and Langfuse.
- Drive technical architecture for the AI product line: LLM orchestration, evals, observability, latency/cost/reliability tradeoffs.
- Own AI initiatives technically from spec through production, including rollout and post-launch eval improvements.
- Build and evolve eval frameworks and quality measurement for all AI features.
- Mentor engineers on AI engineering practices and provide code review and architectural feedback across the team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of commercial software engineering experience; Python strongly preferred.
- 3+ years of shipping LLM/GenAI features to production at scale.
- Strong LLM system design skills: latency, cost, reliability, eval-driven development.
- Hands-on with RAG in production and agent orchestration (LangGraph or equivalent).
- Tool use/function calling; familiarity with MCP patterns.
- Experience with LLM observability and evals (Langfuse, Arize, or equivalent).
