Remote Procurement Analyst for Tech Company
About the role
This is a high-volume, phone-first role: the Coordinator spends the day calling suppliers to confirm they've received sourcing event invitations, understand deadlines, and have what they need to participate — while keeping meticulous records of every touchpoint and flagging at-risk suppliers before deadlines slip. Success means consistently high supplier participation rates across live sourcing events, clean and reliable activity records, and fewer last-minute scrambles for the account team.

- Remind suppliers of upcoming deadlines and walk them through key participation steps
- Answer routine event questions and route technical inquiries to the appropriate account team
- Hold professional, credible phone conversations with procurement and sales contacts throughout the day
- Contact Research & Records Management:
- Research and verify supplier contacts when the person on file has left or is unresponsive
- Maintain accurate, detailed records of every touchpoint, including status and pending items
- Flag suppliers at risk of missing deadlines so account teams can intervene early
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal account and sourcing teams on event timelines and supplier status
- Communicate supplier readiness and risk flags to relevant internal stakeholders
- Support account teams with real-time participation updates during active sourcing events

- 2+ years of experience in phone-based, English-language outreach roles (supplier follow-up, B2B customer success, collections, recruiting, or BDR/SDR)
- C1+ English (CEFR), with demonstrated ability to hold professional business conversations with US-based contacts
- Experience conducting high-volume outbound phone outreach (40–50+ calls/day) in a professional business context
- Experience independently identifying and verifying business contacts via LinkedIn, company websites, and other research methods when contact data is outdated or missing
- Experience maintaining accurate, detailed activity records or CRM logs across a high-volume outreach caseload
