AI Engineer

About the role

Steradium is building an AI-native engineering team. This engineer takes LLM systems from prototype to production, including RAG, agents, and evaluations.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and deploy production AI systems for Steradium products and client solutions.
• Build LLM applications such as RAG pipelines, AI agents, and multi-step workflows.
• Integrate models from Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google into reliable back-end services.
• Design evaluations for quality, accuracy, latency, and cost, and use them to improve prompts, retrieval, and system design.
• Deploy and monitor AI services in the cloud.

Requirements

• Take LLM-powered systems from first prototype to production and own each feature end to end.
• Work in a fully remote team alongside software and data engineers.
• Role location: Philippines.
