AI SMS / conversational agent deployments

About the role

Paid 45-minute consultation on AI SMS / conversational agent deployments. The client runs an Australian business that deploys AI SMS agents against existing CRM databases. This is a consultation, not a build.

What you'll do

• Discuss conversational agents over SMS, chat, WhatsApp or voice
• Cover platforms and stacks you've used, and what you'd pick again
• Talk through the handoff between the agent and a human sales team
• Share what held up or fell over once real contacts hit it at volume
• Cover reporting and attribution - proving the system actually produced the outcome
• Afterwards, a short written note covering the two or three things you'd want me to remember

Requirements

• Anyone who has built and shipped conversational AI or automation for real clients
• MUST have worked with AUSTRALIAN service businesses (e.g. solar, NDIS, finance, mortgage, car dealerships law firms etc.)
• I don't want client names or anything under NDA. Architecture, decisions and lessons learned is what I'm paying for
