AI Agent & Automation Specialist Needed for Small NZ Dog Grooming Business

About the role

I own a small dog grooming and walking business in New Zealand and need an experienced AI agent and automation specialist to design an AI-powered virtual receptionist and reduce administrative workload.

What you'll do

• Design and implement an AI-powered virtual receptionist/business assistant
• Answer NEW ZEALAND PHONE CALLS
• Handle SMS/text messages
• Communicate through WHATSAPP BUSINESS AND FACEBOOK MESSENGER
• Answer questions using accurate information about the business
• Schedule appointments where technically possible
• Enter/update client and dog information in the CRM

Requirements

• Experience with AI agents / conversational AI
• Voice AI
• WhatsApp/SMS integrations
• CRM and booking integrations
• Make, Zapier, n8n or similar
• Knowledge bases / RAG
• AI guardrails and human escalation
