About the role

Building an AI assessment and implementation service for SMBs (5–50 employees): paid AI audits, then CRM setup, custom GPTs, workflow automations, and voice/speed-to-lead agents. Part consultant, part advisor, part solutions architect.

What you'll do

• Run paid AI audits: interview SMB owners, identify pain points, recommend specific AI tools and automations
• Offer paid implementation: CRM setup, custom GPTs, workflow automations, voice/speed-to-lead agents
• Act as consultant, advisor, and solutions architect — not a chatbot-build gig

Requirements

• Examples of AI/automation work done for a real business
• Sales or client-facing experience
• Comfort recommending and implementing AI tools for 5–50 employee businesses
