Senior AI/LLM & Data Engineering Developer

About the role

Long-term full-time developer who builds LLM applications, agents, RAG workflows, and data pipelines for US clients, overlapping US Eastern hours.

What you'll do

• Design and build LLM-powered applications, agents, and RAG workflows.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for AI and analytics.
• Use Claude Code to accelerate development and build custom tooling.
• Integrate LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, open-source) into production systems.
• Collaborate directly with US clients on requirements, demos, and delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering, with 2+ years in AI/LLM work.
• Strong Python; experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and tool/function calling.
• Hands-on RAG experience (vector DBs, embeddings, chunking).
• Must work US EST hours.
• Proven Claude Code proficiency (skills, MCP servers, hooks, slash commands).
