AI-Native Engineering Manager (Claude Code) — Launches, Bug Fixes & Delivery for a Shopify SaaS

About the role

Hands-on engineering manager for Shoperator, a Shopify SaaS. Own releases and drive Claude Code sessions from spec through production verify.

What you'll do

• Own the release process and keep the backlog honest
• Run bug triage so reported issues do not fall through the cracks
• Drive Claude Code sessions end to end: spec, implement, verify on preprod, deploy, verify on prod
• Read diffs yourself and make sure nothing goes live half-verified

Requirements

• Hands-on with Claude Code / AI coding agents
• Can manage launches, bug fixes, and delivery — not only coordinate other developers
• Comfortable verifying on preprod and production
• Shopify/SaaS delivery experience is a plus
