AI Workflow Automation Specialist for Mental Health Charity

About the role

Mental health charity project: build a Claude + Asana + Gmail “second brain” that surfaces priorities, automates inbox-to-task routing, and teaches the client to maintain it.

What you'll do

• Build a Claude + Asana second-brain dashboard that surfaces daily priorities, deadlines, overdue work, follow-ups, and blockers
• Automate Gmail inbox triage/routing and email-to-Asana task creation/updates
• Assess event enquiries against set criteria and draft responses for approval
• Set up daily/EOD briefings and weekly reporting
• Build the system with the client and teach them how to edit, maintain, and improve it

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Claude, Gmail/Google Workspace, and Asana
• Experience with workflow automation/integration tools (Zapier or similar)
• Experience building AI-powered operational workflows, not generic AI consulting
