About the role
One senior Python engineer to deliver a small deterministic, secure AI coding-task controller (AOP-Lite V1), using only synthetic development. Fixed-price and milestone-based. The controller uses GLM, Codex, and Claude as planner, builder, and code reviewer, with file, network, and credential isolation and authenticated owner approvals. Milestones cover verifying a GLM coding route, a deterministic controller, a working GLM builder plus a read-only Codex reviewer, qualifying nine role capabilities, and demonstrating builder-to-reviewer pairings.
What you'll do
- Verify an officially supported GLM/Z.ai coding-plan route before further work.
- Build a deterministic controller with bounded tasks, a disposable pinned Git clone, and enforced file, network, and credential isolation.
- Deliver a working GLM builder plus an independently qualified read-only Codex reviewer.
- Qualify GLM, Codex, and Claude each as planner, builder, and code reviewer.
- Demonstrate ordered builder-to-reviewer pairings, planner on/off, and recovery from interruption.
