QuickBooks Sales Specialist

About the role

Short-term AI training and evaluation project for sales professionals with deep QuickBooks experience. Apply real-world sales and QuickBooks judgment to help train and improve advanced AI systems for about two weeks at 40 hours per week.

What you'll do

• Apply real-world sales and QuickBooks expertise and professional judgment to help train and improve advanced AI systems.
• Perform QuickBooks sales workflows such as creating estimates or invoices, checking customer purchase histories, recording payments or sales receipts, and tracking commissions or sales totals.
• Work independently on unfamiliar or complex tasks using professional expertise.
• Walk through QuickBooks workflows on a video call to qualify.
• Commit about 40 hours per week for 2 weeks starting ASAP.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• 3+ years of substantial, hands-on QuickBooks experience, ideally with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop.
• Strong practical knowledge of sales workflows in QuickBooks.
• Comfortable working independently and applying professional expertise to unfamiliar or complex tasks.
• Please show proof of QB experience. Prior AI training experience is a plus.
