AI Automation & Backend Developer

About the role

Highly technical AI engineer role architecting n8n workflows, RAG backends, and user-facing dashboards with Cursor, APIs, and LLM tools.

What you'll do

• Design and deploy n8n automations that connect signups, web scraping, LLM summarization, and CRM updates.
• Spin up user-facing dashboards and admin panels rapidly with Lovable.dev.
• Build RAG backends where users can chat with PDF documents or specific datasets.
• Write and deploy Python/JS scripts for data scraping, cleaning, or API middleware.
• Explain code logic in clear spoken English via Slack/Zoom during US business hours.

Requirements

• Expert-level n8n for comprehensive multi-step workflows.
• Strong proficiency in Python or JavaScript (Node.js) for custom script nodes and backend logic.
• Experience connecting complex APIs (REST/GraphQL).
• Experience building RAG models so AI can interact with internal data.
• Fluent spoken and written English; available during New York business hours (PH night shift).
• Must have used Cursor IDE or similar AI-assisted tools to speed up development.
