AI Chief of Staff
About the role
Build and operate AbbasOS, the CEO's AI-assisted personal operating system at Wentwood Capital. Not a traditional EA/CoS gatekeeper role.
What you'll do
- Own ongoing development of AbbasOS, the CEO's personal operating system.
- Turn recurring workflows into SOPs, playbooks, prompts, and escalation paths.
- Build practical AI agents and automations with ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate.
- Work with the AI Automation Engineer when deeper technical development is required.
Requirements
- 2-4 years in business operations, executive support, chief of staff, or AI automation.
- Hands-on experience personally building AI agents, automations, or multi-step workflows.
- Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.
- Excellent written English, judgment, and discretion with confidential information.
