About the role
Meridial is sourcing independent contractors for AI training projects on a flexible, project-by-project basis. You will interact directly with AI systems, review model outputs, and help create high-quality training data to improve AI models. No technical background is required — all tasks come with clear guidelines and examples to help you succeed.
What you'll do
- Interact directly with AI systems and review model outputs following clear task guidelines
- Evaluate AI responses, identify inconsistencies, and provide structured feedback to help models improve
- Help structure information so that AI models learn more effectively from training data
- Contribute to the creation of high-quality training data for real-world AI development projects
Requirements
- Comfortable working independently and paying close attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and explain reasoning, including noting uncertainties
- Thoughtful, reflective approach — explaining your thinking helps improve both models and the training process
- Self-supplied secure computer and high-speed internet connection
