AI Researcher & Implementation Coordinator
About the role
Identify, evaluate, and deploy AI tools across a law firm's marketing, intake, document, case, litigation, and finance workflows. Permanent remote; PH HMO listed.
What you'll do
- Identify and evaluate AI tools and platforms relevant to legal services.
- Design and run pilot programs, SOPs, and integrations with CRM and case-management systems.
- Deploy AI across marketing, intake, document processing, case management, litigation support, and finance.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to track performance and ROI of implemented AI systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with AI tools, automation platforms, or emerging technologies in a professional setting.
- Experience in process improvement, workflow design, or systems implementation.
- Ability to manage end-to-end implementation projects from research to deployment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including translating technical concepts for business teams.
