BI & AI Context Engineer
About the role
BI and AI Context Engineer at Motolite in Quezon City, owning the metric layer and ontology that dashboards and Genie AI answers rely on.
What you'll do
- Define metric views, semantic models, KPI logic, and business glossaries as the certified definition of each measure.
- Create and expand the ontology and context for Genie.
- Build executive and operating dashboards, including automated AI-ready dashboards.
- Establish benchmark question sets, evaluation datasets, and accuracy thresholds for Genie Spaces and natural-language analytics.
- Work with Data and AI Translators to encode definitions, exceptions, and decision rules.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Three or more years in business intelligence, semantic modelling, or analytics engineering, with ownership of enterprise metric definitions.
- Advanced SQL and dimensional or semantic modelling.
- Power BI, including semantic models, DAX, and performance optimization.
