Campaign Manager

Posted 1h ago

About the role

Our client is growing fast and looking for Campaign Managers to join the Campaign Management department. This is an end-to-end, client-facing role: you'll own the full lifecycle of your accounts, from building campaign strategy through reporting on results, working closely with an Account Manager and the Content team. You'll report to a Team Leader and operate with real autonomy within our brand and process guidelines, not micromanagement.

What you'll do

  • Build campaign strategy (with AI support) and present it during client onboarding calls
  • Turn strategy into content, either creating it yourself or briefing the content team
  • Schedule content for publishing (a separate team handles posting)
  • Send bi-weekly client reports: a Monday preview and a Friday recap (both half-automated)
  • Join monthly check-in calls with clients to review what worked and what didn't
  • Own day-to-day client communication and act as the main point of contact
  • Manage a portfolio of 10–18 accounts, working closely with an Account Manager (who supports 50–60 accounts)
  • Operate independently within brand and company guidelines, prioritizing client relationships and results over rigid processes

Requirements

  • 2 + years of experience as a marketing account manager/ marketing gene
  • Comfortable using AI tools as part of your daily workflow
  • Strong client management and communication skills
  • Basic marketing knowledge (SEO fundamentals, funnel concepts); AI supports most of the heavy lifting
  • Strong English proficiency
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and client conversations at once
