About the role

What you'll do

• Create AI cartoon UGC ads for Meta
• Create AI animated storytelling ads
• Produce short-form Meta creatives and variations of winning ads
• Own hooks, retention, and conversion — not just aesthetics

Requirements

• Strong short-form video editing skills for social and Meta ads (portfolio required)
• Direct-response mindset: hooks, retention, and conversion
• Experience with or eagerness to master AI video tools (Kling, Veo, Seedance, Runway, ElevenLabs, or similar)
• Reliable, communicative, and able to take ownership of the work
