Claude AI Operator for a Shopify Fashion Brand | Build Our Support, Supplier & Reporting Automations

About the role

A Shopify fashion brand needs one person to run the support inbox, talk to the China fulfillment agent, and build Claude agents, dashboards, and automations behind both.

What you'll do

• An agent that reads incoming customer emails and prepares the reply, so all a human does is check and send
• Dashboards and reporting that build themselves from the inbox: refund reasons, sizing issues, recurring product problems, supplier performance
• A supply check that flags orders sitting still too long and raises it with the agent before the customer writes in
• A product quality guarantee: checks that trigger after a set number of orders to confirm what the supplier ships still meets our standard
• A dispute agent that kicks in when a chargeback comes in and gathers the evidence
• Stock alerts so we reach the agent before a product runs out
• The support inbox: order questions, tracking, delays, refunds, replacements, sizing, complaints

Requirements

• Hands-on Shopify dropshipping support with direct communication with Chinese suppliers or fulfillment agents.
• Advanced, hands-on experience with Claude. You have built agents, workflows, prompt systems or self-filling reports in Claude that you or others actually use.
• Previous ecommerce support experience, strong written English, comfortable building in Google Sheets, Excel or Notion.
