AI & Workflow Automation Specialist (Claude Code, n8n, Zapier)

About the role

A B2B role for UK clients: design and maintain automated workflows with n8n, Zapier, GoHighLevel, and LLM APIs so businesses can drop manual tasks.

What you'll do

• Designing, building, and maintaining automated workflows using Zapier, n8n, and GoHighLevel
• Integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) into business workflows to automate content generation, customer support, and lead routing
• Connecting CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive), databases (Airtable, PostgreSQL), and communication channels (Slack, WhatsApp, Email)
• Troubleshooting broken zaps/scenarios, optimizing workflows

Requirements

• Proficient in low-code automation platforms and API integrations
• Technical, client-facing B2B role
• Experience with n8n, Zapier, and GoHighLevel
• Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic)
