About the role

An 8-figure jewelry and problem/solving ecommerce portfolio wants editors who make hyper-realistic AI video ads that sell, not content that looks AI.

What you'll do

• Turn briefs into AI video ads: UGC-style, b-roll, lifestyle, product demos
• Push AI output until it feels human: pacing, transitions, captions, sound
• Iterate fast with our creative strategist and founder, based on performance data

Requirements

• Proof of performance: AI-made ads you created that have spent $50K–$100K+, with proof
• Hyper-realistic AI UGC: normal-looking people in real environments
• Mastery of Higgsfield, Kling 3.0, Seedance 2.0, AI avatars, or equivalent
• Direct-response mindset: hook rate, hold rate, scroll-stopping first frame
