Senior ESL Curriculum & AI Prompt Engineer

About the role

Part-time (20 hrs/week) senior role writing and debugging ESL lesson prompts, then testing them with OpenAI Codex and Claude Code for CEFR accuracy.

What you'll do

• Write, fix, and improve prompts for English lessons and exercises
• Test prompts and identify why outputs are not working well
• Use OpenAI Codex and Claude Code to run tests
• Review AI-generated content for quality and CEFR level accuracy
• Create test cases and compare results after prompt changes

Requirements

• English level C1–C2
• Senior teacher, curriculum developer, teacher trainer, or similar experience
• Strong educational English content-writing experience
• Strong knowledge of CEFR and English curriculum design
• Excellent at prompt writing, debugging, and testing
