AI Automation & Agent Developer

About the role

Offshore AI Automation and Agent Developer reporting to the AI and Business Systems Manager. Design, build and implement AI tools, automations and AI agents that save time and improve productivity.

What you'll do

• Build AI-powered tools, agents and automated workflows.
• Automate repetitive administrative and operational tasks.
• Connect AI with our ERP, CRM, email, spreadsheets and other business systems.
• Develop AI solutions to support Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Finance and Operations.
• Create automated reporting, data processing and information-gathering tools.
• Test, improve and maintain AI workflows and agents.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building AI tools, agents, automations or workflows.
• Comfortable working with platforms such as ChatGPT/OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Power Automate, Zapier, Make or similar.
• Good understanding of APIs, integrations and business systems.
• Able to take an idea from could we automate this? to a working solution.
• Doesn't need to be a traditional software developer — the ability to build useful solutions is more important than formal qualifications.
