About the role

AI Creative Strategist / Content Creator for a Spanish e-commerce brand. Create high-performing video and image ads with AI tools, write hooks and concepts, and iterate winning creatives. Starts part-time at about 30 creatives per day.

What you'll do

• Create approximately 30 ad creatives per day at the beginning
• Create both video and image ads for individual products and collections
• Use AI tools to generate realistic and engaging creative assets
• Write hooks, scripts, angles, headlines, and concepts for ads
• Research competitors and identify new creative angles
• Iterate winning creatives into new variations without simply copying them
• Adapt creatives to a Spanish audience using translation tools and careful QA

Requirements

• Experience creating high-performing ad creatives for e-commerce or dropshipping brands
• Understand direct-response advertising, not just general design or editing
• Experience with AI-generated UGC, AI video/image generation, and Meta Ads creatives is highly valued
• Able to analyze why a creative worked and what to change next
• Comfortable starting part-time at $200/month with a path to $400/month
